Inspired by the tarot card "The Lovers", this print represents all of the aspects, both good and bad, of relationships; love, passion, temptation, trust, lust, devotion, infatuation, etc. To emphasize the meaning of this image even more, the elements in this painting come together in the shape of a human heart.
My Tarot Card inspired painting series (and their respective prints) are a mix of my own personal interpretation of the Major Arcana deck and the traditional symbolism you would find inside it. The images I’ve created are intended to be deciphered in the same way a deck of Tarot Cards would be read, keeping the message of each painting true to the card that it represents.
